Kara Garstecki, founded the woman-owned company, KMG LAW LLC, in 2017 after an established career as a real estate associate at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. She has extensive experience in, and regularly represent clients regarding, virtually every aspect of real estate and real estate development.
She has represented purchasers, sellers, and developers in all phases of the acquisition, development, and sale of commercial and residential properties. From site selection through the acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial real estate, Kara is available to assist her clients in every facet of real estate transactions whether it be office buildings, industrial parks, medical office buildings, multi-family, mixed and planned use developments and undeveloped real estate.
